Munich and Düsseldorf

The following codes of professional conduct applies to attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys in Germany: the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordung (BRAO), Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG*) and the Berufsrechtsordung (BO) as well as the code of professional conduct for the attorneys at law of the European Community which can be viewed under http://www.brak.de/seiten/06.php.
